Today, more and more students are becoming disengaged in the classroom, in some cases it's because their learning style is not being utilized my the facilitator. Yes, there are multiple learning styles, and just as our students are diverse in attitude, emotion and personality, this same thing is true for the way they learn. On today's show, we are joined by Behaviour Therapist, Johanna Niles M.Ed, who is a promoter of inclusive education. She will share her thoughts, insights and research as we answer the following questions: What are the signs of disengagement? How to re-engage students? What are the learning styles? What should student teachers/facilitator do to start on the path to inclusive education?
